Edit: as I understand from the comments, they are doing more work on that event then they said in the official source of news about the game, so I guess you can call this an overreaction or whatever. Well then I just hope that when the update is released this event will be more fun and lively and not just longer.

Characteristics

All around better than the basic version, the improved repair kits are special utility items applied to a player's character (either the logged-in one or last played character). They allow for instantly repairing items when examined in inventory to 150%, without consuming any resources beyond the repair kit.

Location

Improved repair kits are a potential reward for completing either Event: Encryptid or Event: Scorched Earth.
