We took the support to a welding shop and had it repaired. We purchased kiln cement to hold the pieces together and to fill the cracks in the Kamado. All we did is stir the cement up a little. We wore plastic glove, put the support back in place, and then filled the cracks with the cement.

The steel triangle broke in two spots. With the support weekend, the lid couldn't be supported. We removed the broken pieces and the support. We took the support to a welding shop and had it repaired. We purchased kiln cement to hold the pieces together and to fill the cracks in the Kamado. All we did is stir the cement up a little.
