I just bought them this evening for my XSX and I’m unable to update the firmware, I’ve tried all the methods available on the internet (USB 2.0, multiple PCs, hard reset etc..), still am unable to fix the “Update Failed. Error has occurred” issue. Can someone help me out here? I will return this product in 24 hours if I can’t get them to work.
