Heat your water to above 60 degrees celcius! We like to use it straight from the kettle in a warm ceramic mug or glass.
Step 4: Fix It
Mould FixIts around the broken part of the flip flop stem forming a shape similar to the size of the gap it needs to fill. Gently pushing the FixIts into the gap to fill it. Try not to pull at the thread until FixIts has fully cooled.
Step 5: A Tip
As the flip-flop needs to have a totally flat surface to walk on you may need to adjust the moulding you've just made to get it just right.
Step 6: Back to New!
Once you've perfected your fix and FixIts has fully cooled you're ready to get going again with your repaired flip flops.

I didn't take a photo of this but at the bottom part of the strap where the sole is I do recommend to carve a hole with an x-acto knife or box cutter the side of the head of the screw so the head sits inside the strap part and doesn't scratch the floor when you walk.
Step 3: Live to See Another Day
It's been holding up fine and I know it won't be forever, but I don't have to run and buy new flip flops right now. I've fixed two pairs and they fix holds as of now.
