Can Chaco be resoled?

Sometimes this issue occurs with toe loops on Chacos because the strap comes with a light wax on it (to make it easier to move the straps through the body of the sandal during the initial adjustment) right out of the box. Over time the wax breaks down and the strap stays put.

How long should I wear Chaco sandals?

To prevent blisters, we suggest slowly breaking in new sandals over a week or two. A good rule of thumb is to start wearing new sandals 3 to 4 hours per day.

Hand wash with a damp cloth & gently blot the area that needs cleaning. Air dry! Allow wet sandals to air dry. Do not place leather sandals in the dryer or near any heat source (this may cause the leather to become brittle and crack). Leather conditioner is your friend.
