I didn't yet. I was thinking either some mortar mixed up, and put in, sanded back and painted or some brown silicone caulk just to keep the rain out.

I’ve been speaking to a gent I work with today, he suggested using PVA on the concrete sills first as a binder then applying cement and smoothing out. Once that’s dry after a day or two painting over it. Scrolling the internet for hours can’t seem to find any different suggestions
