Brickwork beyond the split frame area looks to be very damaged, take of architrave to expose damage brickwork and repair, the frame wants a new piece of timber let in from the floor to beyond the split and as far back as the door stop, this will have to be screwed and glued in place, hinge re-cut and door re hung.

The wood comes out but do I need to prove anymore. I dont have much carpentry experience so is this an easy enough job without having to call someone out. I can get hold of a multi tool and what glue would you recommend within budget
