9570 running temperatures of 142C!
Got a 9570 that is constantly showing a VR VCC temperature of ~142C even from a cold boot. This is obviously a dead sensor since my laptop isn't melting into the table as I type on it right now. It IS however causing the laptop to Power Limit throttle and throw constant VR thermal warnings in ThrottleStop. Meaning that even while browsing the laptop will often throttle back to 800mhz and also NEVER goes into turbo. My question is, is there a way of fixing this either via software methods of circumventing the sensor or hardware by ripping something off the board? Or have I effectively bought a half functional laptop?.
