I had the same thing happen on a 10 year old Lund seat. All you need is a staple gun and some new anchor nuts. You just take the old staples out, trace the old to new plywood, cut it out with jigsaw, put new anchor nuts in, and staple new plywood bottom to the seat vinyl.
