Never had a Mr Handy, but I read it won't die in the wasteland, just in vault if it dies to attacking raiders or deathclaws or mole rats or whatever. (and if it does die you can repair it for 2000 caps).

I've been playing fallout shelter for a while, i've been doing all I can like upgrading the vault rooms, using all of the vault space given, unlock all the rooms, have over 100 vault dwellers, and now I just don't know what to do.
