Ford doesn't sell them and from there you just pull you cluster out pull your cluster apart and find a small circular motor on the back upper left of the odometer portion. It twists out and on the end of it you will find the rubber gear broke in half. Put on the new one and you are set.

sorry it could be the sensor i dont know if it has a fuse for that but i would check the fuse box and see if there is a blown fuse i hope this will help you .

take it to your nearest dealership this is not a problem you can fix on your own also if you try to resale this car that will become an issue on the milage due to that issue

Since your speedometers work, the problem is in the gearing to the trip and mileage odometers. Simple problem, major pain to fix but, remove instrument cluster - you'll have to remove speedo cable to get it out. Use the old Mark I eyeball to check for broken parts. Might even have to drop steering column - disconnect air bag first!

It sounds like you need a new speedometer head, the cable is good , spraying from the front would do nothing.
Step 1 – Remove the instrument cluster
Use a trim panel tool to pop the knee bolster loose. Remove the two 7mm screws behind the knee bolster on either side of the steering column. Use the trim panel tool and work your way around the trim piece surrounding the instrument cluster to pry it loose.
Step 2 – Disassemble the instrument cluster
Remove the screws from the back of the cluster, then pull off the white cover. Unplug the connector on the back and carefully separate the circuit board from the gauge assembly. Check the pins shown in Figure 7 to locate the bad joint, using a magnifying glass. If you have a bad joint (shown in Figure 8), use your soldering pencil to repair it.
