You can send a putter in to Odyssey through an authorized retailer to have an insert replaced. You don't get a choice on the insert however. The putters I sent in to Odyssey in 2021 got Microhinge inserts.

I have a Big T V-Line putter with a metal X face and I had concerns as to its durability. I called Odyssey and ask them what would happen if the face came off and they said 'send it back in and we will repair it'. It's worth a try.

It can not be re- attached, most likely they'll give you a new one so be prepared and shop for a second or third choice in case your model is not available.

Thanks everyone, I was going to call them but need to hold it till next weekend at least, for a tournament. Plus I need to pull the Garsen grip out as well before I call/send it back. It's a 7H as well.

Do odyssey putters have a firm face?
I found that none of the odyssey putters have a "firm" face. I switched to a scotty and am never going to look back, but that's my preference. I would suggest rolling some putts with one, since I think it would be hard to judge firmness unless you could hit all three putters at once.

I have been seeing customer issues with Odyssey inserts, from Metal X to current Micro-Hinge, falling out of the putter heads. The Metal X seem to peel away from the head, while the micro-hinge just fall out of it's cavity.

I don't have experience with this specific issue but I can tell you that sitting in a hot car- trunk or cabin- is murder on clubs, from grip to glue. Avoid leaving them in there or risk the consequences!
