Drill a hole at the farthest visible end of the crack. Use the Dremel tool and the diamond rotary grinder bit. Drill the hole completely through the porcelain. This stops the crack from spreading. Apply drops of water to the area with a wet sponge to keep the Dremel bit cool.

 · As the others have said, the old filler needs to be stripped out, the weld seams rewelded/reinforced, and then new filler used. I like to use an initial coat of kitty hair over welded seams, it helps keep the filler from cracking out. Long-strand is better than the short, although both work better than plain filler.
