Is CCM cache public property?
the ccmsetup is also using the MSI and the CCM CACHE is a public property from the Installation - when you run the repair the CCM Cache (i guess) not touched).
Does SCCM repair itself?
On some machines though, the SCCM client is repairing itself every day. This isn't impacting the ccmcache folder but is certainly impacting customer use of Software Centre to download and install applications.
